Refund & Return Policy

Returns Accepted Within: 14 days of delivery
Categories Applicable: Jewelry, Skincare (unopened), Perfume (unopened), Decoration

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

• Skincare and perfume can’t be returned if opened for hygiene reasons

Process:

1. Email support@cherrytok.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

3. Ship item back at your expense unless the item is defective

4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

• Opened or used skincare and perfume products

• Final sale or clearance items
